This research introduces a pioneering HVAC design for hotels that innovatively repurposes condensed water vapor from chillers, transforming it into a sustainable resource. Tailored to the demanding climatic conditions of the Arabian Gulf, the system demonstrates exceptional resource efficiency by reclaiming water for diverse domestic applications, with potential for potable use following appropriate treatment. Preliminary analyses, conducted under the environmental parameters of the UAE coast, affirm the viability of this integrated approach, positioning it as a scalable solution for water conservation in arid regions. By merging advanced engineering with sustainability principles, this system exemplifies a forward-thinking model for optimizing resource utilization in hospitality infrastructure.
